Because every Camera Roll Magnets order is custom-made from your personal photos, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

That said, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If your magnets arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, we will make it right — no questions asked. Just reach out to us at hello@camerarollmagnets.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll reprint and reship your order at no charge.

We are not responsible for errors in photos submitted by the customer (blurry images, incorrect crops, wrong photos selected). Please review your photo selections carefully before placing your order.
